    I have a friend that lives in Windsor, but also has a winter place in Florida. She buys pork rinds by the cases to take home for the summer!

      I think you should be able to find a different brand/flavour that have only pork rinds/salt plus spices listed in the ingredients from what other members have posted.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        One more suggestion - in the meat aisle, near bacon, you may be able to find uncooked pork cracklins or fat back. They can be done quickly in the microwave on a thick layer of absorbent paper, but again check ingredients to be safe, as like bac, they are often cured with sugar &/or nitrate.

        In hispanic markets, try ashing for chicharron.

          maybe the salt and vinager ones won't have sugar added. I will check tomorrow.

            Thanks for suggesting Zellers jaybee! I visited a Zellers 2 nights ago and found them! Yay! I'm so happy! I had some last night dipped in sour cream Yummy! They were the "Porky's" brand.

              Some bits can be tough or hard but toss them aside and enjoy the rest!
