    CLA? Does anyone take it?

    I was just curious if anyone takes CLA Conjugated Linoleic Acid? And does it seem to help with your weight loss? I've been reading about it and bought some today, worth a try I guess........

    This is a tweaked version of Linda's Deep Dish Pizza. The crust is exactly the same: 4 oz cream cheese 2 eggs 1/4 cup Parmesan 8 oz. shredded mozzarella salt, pepper.

      I took it for awhile. I can't say it helped my weight loss, but when I slip it does seem to help me not to gain back. It wasn't a huge difference and it isn't a must have supplement for me like some of my others.
