Okay, so here it is. I have one of the weight watchers scales. It tells me how much I weight, then my body fat percentage, water weight percentage, bone mass...and something else. Anyhow....
When I weight my self I do it a minimum of three times in the same few minutes to make sure that the numbers don't change. Sometimes they do, but I keep getting on untill I get the same numbers 3 times....
Today my weight on the scale jumped around EVERYWHERE! This is the order they came in:
306.0
307.8
309.2
305.8
309.0
306.6
306.6
306.6
What is going on? Can a scale tell you that you weigh more than you do? I'm so confussed...I did my messurements and this just isn't looking good. What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like a very complicated, evil device, designed to induce maximum anxiety :P From what I've read, people's weight normally varies throughout the day. Try once a week, would be my suggestion; also, if you're exercising, you're probably gaining muscle, too. Relax, Liss! Look ... you've lost over 16 pounds since Sept. 8 ... wow! Sounds like you're doing everything right!
