    Hi - I am just starting out and after 1 1/2 weeks, I find myself bloated and hungry all the time. I only have 10 punds to lose, so I started on OWL. Is this bloated feeling normal?

    I don't know. are you constipated? you could try some psyllium if you are

        Or maybe you are eating food with lots of sodium like processed meats etc? Many people get the bloat from too much sodium it seems.
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
