Desperation is never an attractive quality, or a very successful one. We are all here because we want to lose weight, we may desperately want to lose weight but we are not desperate about it. I have had to take things in very small increments in order to stick with things- eating the foods I should, avoiding the things I shouldn't, exercising. I started small- I took things by the minute sometimes, and that is how I am succeeding. Reading your post made me think you have already planned to fail. Get out of the mindset of failing, and it has to be quick or nothing. You CAN do it and you will, and I am saying this as a person who has bailed on every other diet I have tried. I have cheated a little on this diet, but it wasn't my back up plan. I try very hard not to and when I have I immediately try again. I don't mean to sound harsh but love yourself enough to stick with it this time.
