Hello I started Atkins on monday 9/22 and I have lost 10 lbs so far! so excited! I have not really been hungry since I do get my good carbs and drink lots of water but i do want something to snack on..I found this Jell-O cups that are called Sugarfree, but when I read the label it has "sweetners" I looked at the boxed ones and they have the samething..can that be eaten by Atkins standarts? also Ketch up and mayonaisse any ideas? I can't live without them lol

Re: there is sugar free and no sugar which one is it?
As Sarah said, you do need to look at the ingredients in something to see which sweeteners have been used and choose those allowed on the induction list.
Nowadays 'sugarfree' or 'no added sugar' usually means it has artificial sweetener added rather than that it hasn't been sweetened with anything.
It still amazes me that nearly everything that isnt just fresh food seems to have sugar or sweeteners of some kind in it!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
