Especially since he's not responding to anyone's posts.

        Punked? Could be...Antonio...Aston...close...could be...LOL!

Okay...I am going to try not to reply anymore because it just encourages his behavior and wastes my time that could be better spent responding to those that really need it and that I could make a difference to.

Before I go I just want to point out how funny it is that under his name it says 'NOT ACTIVE' wonder if that is so the rest of us know he is not actively using his brain...ROFL....anyhow..off to spend my time more wisely...

He must have a porthole in his stomach, because that is the only way I can imagine he's able to come here and post/troll with his head that far up his backside.

Is there any way to ignore a poster here? Or do we just mentally ignore them?

i stalled for 1 day only no wieght gain which was good

since then ive lost more or less 2-4 pounds and have nearly fin induction, but today i decided to go for 2 pints of beer, (no not lite) and 2 bottles of beer.

oh, and one very small tortilla wrap with chicken and mayo, and for some reason i thought fk it, and have asked wife to cook me some pasta, with extra mature chedar cheese sauce, which im guessing will come with one large glass of red wine

                  Hi,

Some people are going to jump all over you for this, and leave you with the feeling that maybe your in the wrong place.

look, you must slowly introduce carbs back into your life. GOOD carbs. Now most people will tell you that you wont ever be able to eat certain things, and that may very well be true. I dont know your metabolism or how much you work out etc etc..so after you finish all the steps in Atkins, you may find that you can tolerate 50 carbs a day, or maybe 100...who knows?

But your going to have to find that out for yourself, if you can handle a dish of pasta and regular beer from time to time then awesome, but if you cant then you cant and you will have to live with your reality whatever it is.

please read the book...do exactly what it says and you will lose weight, change your metabolism ...if you try to modify atkins you will fail.

stick around...try this out..we are here to help ok?

I always get a kick out of people who think the Induction phase is the entire Atkins diet and who think that if they eat 40 net carbs and still lose weight, Dr. Atkins was wrong. It's kind of funny for me, because it just shows me those people have never read the book and/or don't understand what Atkins is really about. Sad, if you think about it......
i have a buddy that helped me get into this, he is a YMCA trainer and works out ALOT...he was taking in over 200 carbs a day AND LOSING WEIGHT!!!!

Exercise also causes Ketosis...i dont know if everyone is aware of that. some people are in ketosis and not on atkins..
