    That is quite a challenge!
If you decide it's too complicated, don't beat yourself up about it.
I guess you have to decide if you really want to make this work because if you do, you can! Although, you may be limited in your variety you may have to just decide that it's going to be a little duller for those few days and make the best of it.
You could ask the hotel if they have a microwave somewhere else in the building that you could use. Cheese sticks are available in mozzeralla only.
Perhaps some bagged salad. Make a salad with meat, cheese, avacado, cucumber or whatever other veggie you like and some olives.
I found bags of mini cucumbers and mini sweet peppers at Costco that make great snacks with a little protein. No need to slice or dice.
Good luck and I hope you get some good food ideas from other posters as I know there are lots of creative people on this board.

For breakfast what about geting some of those boxes of precooked bacon? They are really good. I also agree bagged salad can work. You can bring some grilled chicken or something to go on it. Pepperoni as a snack. Good luck to you! These are not terrific ideas but someone will pop in with some brilliant ones soon!

Hmm this is quite a challenge but let me think of some things...

for a snack you could do "cheezits" to curb your appetite when you are walking around disney they last for several days so you can make them before you leave if there is no microwave at all in the room. Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes

for lunch or something you could wrap a lettuce leaf add some meat/ cheese or w/e to it with a packet of mayo (that I would suggest getting for your trip from local fast food joints... they are good to keep on hand!)

for breakfast if you can get to a local grocery store and have a fridge in your room
you can make cinnamon toast crunch cereal http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...-but-good.html

Also, if there is an option for a microwave the Bob evans express sausage/bacon/ and canadian ham is soo good it takes 50-70 seconds to make in the microwave, is very very filling, and has 0 carbs.

You should also get some packs of beef jerky

you could buy canned tuna and make tuna salad in your hotel room and wrap it up in lettuce to if you like

lol here are just a few ideas... hope i helped somewhat if i think of more i will let you know

oh one more thing... that I just thought of ... you can go to Walmart or any other grocery store and buy the pre packaged huge bowls of salad for like 3 dollars they have chicken caesar, chicken blt, and a couple of others... try that to they are inexpensive and really good plus they are easy to carry with you

Re: need help going to disney world

My wife and I go to a local fair every year on the Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. On Friday I bbq some chicken -- legs, wings, maybe some breasts if we can find some that haven't been skinned, and pack it away in the cooler for the weekend.

IMHO, cold bbq'd chicken is wonderful.

              Good luck.

Now I'm new and I don't know ALL the ins and outs:
If you have to eat in the parks, just get a burger and a side salad and throw away the buns and the crutons.
Don't make it so hard that you end up saying "forget it" and really getting off track.
