    lol! oh my gosh, I am 3 days away from completing my induction phase and so I far I have lost 17 lbs! ( i know about water weight but losing is losing) the most happy moment for me today was when I went to buy shorts to start rollerblading and I wear a size 20 pants a bit snug but just good, today I said what the heck let's see how good I am doing and put on a size 18!!! and fit nice and loose I was jumping in that store haha.


    So excited!



    also, I found a ketchup with 1 gram of carbo and 1g of sugar is that a good one ? thanks!

    You are off to a great start!!

    As for the ketchup, have you looked at the list of ingredients to make sure it contains only induction-legal foods?
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
    Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      awesome job!!! look at the label and double check to see if the ingredients are legal during induction .... like elize said. Good Job and Good luck on the rest of your way to goal
