    Is that allowed on induction?
    Started Again: 9-13-09
    SW - 224
    GW - 160

    1st Goal - 200 lbs met goal 10-10-2009
    2nd Goal - 190 lbs met goal 12-5-2009
    3rd Goal - 180 lbs
    4th Goal - 170 lbs
    Last Goal - 160 lbs

    Umm, From what I believe I read somewhere...It's not really allowed on Atkins at all because it has aspertane (sp?) in it and not made with splenda.

    But I could be wrong...
    Ofcourse I read that after I ate two small cups with some whip cream on it.

      Dr. Atkins did not agree with using aspartame. It has been known to stall people. However, having said that, I do eat it a few times a week and it has not affected me, at least I don't think it has. It's a case of YMMV (your mileage may vary).

        Dr Atkins suggested we make our own gelatine dessert for occasional use (not a dailt one) using unflavoured gelatine and splenda.
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
