I forgot to post my Week 3 results but wanted to stay on top of it so I'm posting Week 3 and Week 4 together. I had a FANTASTIC week this past week after gaining 4 lbs last week. Lost 10 lbs and 9.25 inches. Total motivation and I started my cycle the day before my weigh in so I'm happy it hasn't affect the scale.. or at least it didn't on my weigh day! I am walking further and actually look forward to working out since I can do so without feeling like I'm going to die 10 minutes into it. When I started on 9/1/08, I categorized my closet and put all jeans (20 pair) that I couldn't even get buttoned (not even close to buttoning) on their own rack. Saturday, I woke up and tried them all on to see if I was making any progress and much to my surprise... I was able to move 5 pair over the "I can wear now" rack (wearing a pair today) and 12 more that buttoned easily but still need a few more lbs and inches before they actually look ok and only 3 pair left that won't button but are getting really close. I was soooooooooooooooo excited! On to Week 5!
