HELLO! FIRST POST!!!!!
I am trying to figure out what this means? I read a few posts in the "search" but.......just dont get it!
I am eating pork rinds now...and the nutrition label says "NOT a significant source of protein" but has 9 grams per serving??
Do I count this protein toward my daily total? I am eating the entire bag..crunch crunch....that would make 27 grams of protein total! Can I count it???

As your body adjusts, you'll find the cravings will decrease ... hang in there! Then you can indulge in your crunchy passion and not feel compelled to scarf down the whole bag (and, hon, I know from whence you speak!) ... welcome to Atkins!
