hows everyone doing?
hope my fellow newbies are still goin strong.
well, i decided to weigh in every week now and as of 10/8, my third week, i lost 4 more lbs.
for a total of 20 lbs!
i'm feeling good and still determined! if i can quit smokin cold turkey, then i can loose this flab!
so, im into my fourth week, i added just a little bit of nuts and strawberries, but that is very limited. mainly still doing the induction foods and walking.
