  • What web sites help you?

I was wondering if everyone could list what web sites they like to use to help them keep track of their weight, foods, whatever.

What sites could you not live without?

I use calorie count, but I was wondering if there are any better sites out there that can help me.

Many people here use FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to track their food intake and exercise. I've also found Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople to be a bit more useful and a little more user friendly so I tend to use it a bit more often.

For tracking the amount of carbs/fat/protein/calories in the foods you're eating, the best resources are CalorieKing - Diet and weight loss. Calorie Counter and more. and Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate both will be invaluable as the food lists on both fitday and sparkpeople tend to be a bit off in some cases.

    All the best,

calorieking.com and thedailyplate.com i used to use Fitday but find the daily plate much easier to log my foods in.
