Hi Guys,
i began Atkins about 7 weeks ago. i felt great the first week of induction and lost 8 pounds. then i stoped losing weight. so i started to post questions and asking everyone here about how come i wasnt losing any weight. i was told i should increase my fat and veggie intake...and i did
6 weeks later, and i still am not able to lose anymore. instead...the weight is slowing creeping back on. i have gained 3 pounds, which keep fluctuating up and down, but mostly up!
im starting to give, and think that my body had become resistant to this eating style...is that possible?
i stoped carbs, i eat my veggies, and i certainly eat fats.
please help...any advice??
is it possible that if i start eating abit more carbs like bread for 2 days, and then go back to strickly to no carbs for a week, that it would confuse my body and it would get back into ketosis again and cause weight loss?

). Stick to what you are doing and try to find out what the problem is.

. this diet brought the best in me, and i think even if i dont end up losing alot of weight, i still like how i feel when im on it, and alot healthier. this is the most important thing, and thanx to everyone here for the support. MUCH APPRECIATED (**hugs**)
