Since you've been on Maintenance Phase for the last 5 years, just fix your usual Maintenance meals and freeze them.Originally posted by tpampel View PostIve maintained a 40 lb weight loss with atkins now for almost 5 years. Good for you! I'm sure you will love having the tummy tuck. A friend of mine had one ater 3 c-sections. Her tummy was so FLAT!!!!! I would love to have mine done but no moolah for that!
I would do one weekend of cooking lots of your meats. Then get some fresh veggies right before you go in for the surgery. You could premeasure some veggies into ziplocks even and have them ready. Pre-slice hunks of cheese, little baggies with olives, nuts, or such.
Happy surgery!

Re: Tummy Tuck in December need meal ideas...
great ideas! Im just wondering if I will feel up to eating a lot of meats and stuff... I know when Im sick, like with the flu, I do NOT want proteins and such.. I was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas for "sick foods" that will sound appetizing after surgery.

Soups? Just cook meat/veg and then puree them and add cream/butter.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
