    Hi guys
    new here.
    history of me,,,,never overweight just alwys need to low carb every few years to get of the 10-13 that creep up once in awhile
    just turned 39 , been teaching fitness classes for 20 years ,,im 5 '1
    i teach 9 classes a week and run 2 days a week,
    somehow sugar bingeing ( even thoug i do all that and dont eat horrible) i gained 13 lbs..ok not tragic ( unless your me and consumed with it)
    Atkins alwys works well for me,,i dont cheat im good yadda yadda
    anyway ..today has been one week and im up one pound?? why is that ? any clue?
    i feel lik estopping buut i feel better lighter and clothes fitting nicely..
    i am PMS this week,,,could that be possible?
    I need encouragment so i dont give in to reese peanut butter cups..
    wahhhhhhhhhhhhh Help

    Welcome to our ADBB family

    Many of our members experience weight gains or halts in losses either before or during that 'time of the month' so you are not alone

    You are getting smaller even though the scales are being mean to you - so I am sure the weight will shift in time if you stick to plan.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
