I got this Ketchup and it reads

total carb - 1g 1%
Sugars 1g
Sodium - 190 mg 8*

Ingredients : tomato concentrate made from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, salt, onion powder, spice, *sucralose, natural flavoring.

* not found in regular ketchup.

Anything illegal in there??

Made with splenda. It looks good. Watch portion size.

Yes Splenda is a trade name for it. Watch sweeteners though. You are only allowed three a day and some people may stall with them.

got it It is just nice to eat eggs with a little ketchup than with nothing unless you guys have come up with a better replacement?

Sure thing it is made by Heinz and it is soooooooooooo good! on those eggs oh my, I actually like this ketchup a lot better than regular ketchup.

Never been a 'ketchup' person much, and definitely not on eggs! Give me Tabasco!

And make the eggs an omelet.. add sour cream!

Hi Madam, thank you for the info. I'm excited about my eggs and ketchup. I also like omelet with sour cream, but from time to time I CRAVE ketchup.
