Here's my list:
Bell peppers of all kinds - they taste bitter and almost painful to me. I can't even stand it in a salad (or picking around them) - those things contaminate the flavor of everything they touch. Down here in the South, they put peppers in a LOT of things - I've even seen it in Chinese food.
Eggs. I've tried them in every variant, and I've tried them with a fox in a box, and I've tried them in a boat with a goat, and I do not like them, Sam I Am. (I'll take the ham, though).
Avacado. Another one I try and try to like. I wanna, but I don't.
Squash and zuccini. Man, I should like these, I really should. Don't.
Canned Tuna. I'm not a big fish person in general anyways, but canned tuna just grosses me out. My DH loves it, and only has it when I'll be gone for a few days. I can't even stand the smell in the air at my house!
These are the big ones - I'm still trying to discover things I like/don't like as I expand my gastronomic universe (somethng has to replace Doritos and Cheez-its
).
What about you?

... let's face it, if it ain't breaded and fried, it ain't Southern (unless it's cooked to within an inch of its life with fatback, of course) ... heh. I surely do miss grits and biscuits, though
