hello fellow atkineers,i'm pretty sure that some people may remember me.i've been having a hard time staying on my diet i am a big time emotional eater!well i have basically been off my diet for about three weeks and i wanted to know if anybody could tell me if they have got off of thier diet and found it difficult to get back on the band wagon! since i got off of the diet i have gained about 4.5 pounds
i really need your support i am so depressed i don't want to gain all of the fifteen pounds that i had originally lost,has any of you guys gone through the same situation

, you'll be informed enough to stand your ground. But beside this, letting others know you're doing Atkins will help you stay on track in the long run. Your parents or friends will not prepare pasta or mexican food for dinner, and your friends won't push you to have a drink or a scoop of ice cream. If they do so, I would question their friendship.
