My keto sticks are turning purple everyday and I'm sticking to the diet and working out very hard. So why isn't the scale budging?
It's so frustrating. I haven't lost weight in about a month. The numbers have just gone up and down slightly each week like 223, 223, 224, 225, 223, 224. AGGGHHHHH!!!!! I even stayed on track through my birthday, anniversary and the loss of my best friend. Even when I went camping this weekend I took supplies based on advice from this site.
Also, just an FYI I found an Atkins biography at the dollar store and read it this weekend. Interesting stuff. I'm considering maybe going on old style Atkins for a week to see if I can jump start. Last week I got up everyday at 5 am and went swimming, rode my bike, and walked 3 miles a day. Saturday I hiked 7 miles and Sunday 5 miles. I just couldn't believe the scale on Monday.
