My fat seems to be changing this past week. I have not lost a single pound (but have not gained any either). However my fat seems to be becoming super extra jiggly. Does this mean its getting ready to come off? it was firmer before. It is especially noticable on my tummy and upper butt. I hope this means that my body is getting ready to she some more fat.

Re: fat changes
That's intriguing, Ruthie ... now I gotta go check! *looks over shoulder into mirror, jumping up and down, studying butt*
OK, the butt looks okay ... as big butts go, but the thighs are definitely more jelly-like and that's a bummer, considering how much exercise I've been getting, compared to previously. I mean, really, they look like two big Jell-O molds, jiggling around. Yuck
Can anyone else help us with this mystery?

Re: fat changes
Norah you are so funny, I love reading your responses.
I am not sure of the answer but mine is the same way. My thighs (before they started slimming down) got pretty jiggly in the back. It was right before I lost that roll back there. I lost over 3 inches on my thighs, but I got a little worried there for a bit. I still have issues with loose tummy.

But I'm reassured by your answer; I can handle the loose lard on the thunder thighs for awhile longer knowing it will eventually jiggle its way outta here! Not so sure about the "menopot," however ... I've been doing crunches, etc. and it still sits there, all cushiony and sponge-like; so I feel your pain about the tummy
