I've been on induction for almost two months, and I've lost 15lbs to this point. Thing is, I've been at my current weight for almost a month now and can't figure out what I need to change. I started adding in 20 min of cardio at the gym 2-3 times a week (augmenting my normal workout) and normally drink the 64oz H20 daily.
I haven't totaled my daily calories yet, but that's probably next. Is it possible I'm not eating enough and slowing down my metabolism?
