I met my 2 week mini-goal: Extended Induction, maintaining walking (3+ miles, 11 times, with backpack), and adding 12 minutes of mini-trampoline with triceps exercises using 2 lb. weights (1 day a week, for now).
Next mini-goal: 2 week Extended Induction, maintain exercise, add stomachs.
