Ok, so I boiled some chicken with bell peppers and celery. Threw away the celery and blended in the bell peppers. I'm saving the chicken for later and just eating the broth. How do I plug this into fitday? I did a search for homemade chicken stock and nothing came up but canned soup and such. Anyone know how I can find this on Fitday?

Chicken stock and Fitday
My doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four. Unless there are three other people.

Everytime I am tempted to use food to satisfy my frustrated desires, build up my injured ego, or dull my senses, I will remember,
That even though I overeat in private, my excess poundage is there for all the world to see.

Re: Chicken stock and Fitday
Thanks. I'm worried though about the only homemade broth I see listed. Has 8.5 carbs. So they must take into account added ingredients (although they don't say what) I don't see any pure broth listed. My doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four. Unless there are three other people.
