  • Chicken stock and Fitday

Ok, so I boiled some chicken with bell peppers and celery. Threw away the celery and blended in the bell peppers. I'm saving the chicken for later and just eating the broth. How do I plug this into fitday? I did a search for homemade chicken stock and nothing came up but canned soup and such. Anyone know how I can find this on Fitday?

i think they list it as broth. but you'll have to add the peppers seperately....not a common broth/stock addition.

Thanks. I'm worried though about the only homemade broth I see listed. Has 8.5 carbs. So they must take into account added ingredients (although they don't say what) I don't see any pure broth listed.

Use the bouillion one. It has 2 per cup, which is probably much more realistic that 8.5. Probably will show more salt that most would use tho. Then add your peppers.

I have been looking for the same thing and not found anything close and haven't a clue as to how to figure broth. I wish I did.
