    Re: GoLower

    "is high protein"

That stands out since Atkins is not a high protein plan.

      Re: GoLower

      Here are mine
GoLower - I never heard of it ---- --Atkins-has been around for 30 some years
GLower - cost money ----------------Atkins- is free
GoLower - you have to buy their food -- Atkins - you make your own (and learn how to cook for life)

GoLower seems to be a low carb diet but it is not following the Atkins induction rules or general set up. Does it work? I guess you could ask for referances.

        Re: GoLower

Looking at what is supplied for 28 days at their special 10% off price of £252 (about US$ 420) it does not appeal to me or look very economical.

Cereal for breakfast, soup for lunch and a TV dinner plus a few chocolate bars as snacks - and you have to buy your own fruit and veg on top of that too!

And people say Atkins is expensive!

And as Liv said - if you follow Atkins according to the rules you will learn how to stay slim after reaching your goal weight too!

Virtually any diet will work if you follow the rules but once you go back to eating what you were before starting to diet, you will regain the weight, so unless you wanted to buy their ready meals for ever you would be better off choosing a way of eating you can continue after losing the weight.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
