to the next part of atkins
I have been on induction for 11 weeks and have lost 34 lbs so far. I still have another 35-40 to lose. I think I am starting to get bored with induction foods though and my weightloss for the past 2 weeks has slowed down to 1 lb lost per week.
I am really not sure of what the next step is or what foods to add in first. I need to pull out my book and find some time to read tomarrow. Any ideas or advice would be great!!

I just need to be strict about it and recording and counting my carbs again!! I'm not ready for my weightloss to slow down yet
