    hello everyone i wanted to know how do i post before and after pics?please help

    You need to have your photos in a place like photobucket.com, and then post the link to the image they provide you.





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

      Or if you have them on your computer you can upload them here.

      Just go to your User Control Panel (User CP link at the top of the page) and select 'Pictures and Albums' from the list of links at the left side of the page.

      Then choose 'Add Album' and give the album a name.

      Once set up you can select 'upload pictures' then 'browse' and select what pics you want to show here and upload them to your album.

      Then click on the thumbnail for each picture in turn and you will be shown the url for it.
      Choose the one starting [img] and ending [/img] and copy/paste that into your post or your signature.

        thanks ellizellen for telling me how to upload the pictures,but i am the clueless person when it comes to computers i really just know the basics,i think i must have been trying to post some pics for over an hour and i did not get it so i'm just going to give up and just let you guys know of my progress by posting here in the forum,thanks anyways.

          It might be that your pictures are too large for the software here and need resizing before you try to upload them. Most photos taken straight from the camera into my computer are huge with a pixel size of about 2800 pixels wide and 2100 high, making a print size of about 20" if not resized!!

          In my software this is easy to do by opening up the photo and selecting 'resize' and making the pixel size smaller. I usually save mine as something like 600 pixels wide.
