.....on losing the love handles........? I lost another 25 lbs since restarting about two weeks ago, but those darn love handles............I reckon cardio is the best way......what do you guys think?

Hi,
Yes I'm with Widget. Exercise wise a combo of cardio and resistance training (be it with weights or just your own body weight - i.e. abs, pushups, squats etc) works best to tone up and reduce fat which will have an effect all over - though it cannot be targeted.

Yes, cardio is your best bet. Have you tried "8-minute Abs"? I definitely recommend it... you can find it on YouTube. They show you all sorts of different crunches, including a couple that targets love handles
