I am starting ym 2nd week of induction. My stats are below. We are planning on vacationing in mid Feb and I would love to be by 125 lbs by that time.
Is losing 1.5 lbs/week feasible?
I do cardio aerobics 3x/week, and weight train 2-3x/week, in addition to staying in Induction (15-18g net carbs per day).
