I tried adding a ticker to my signature but couldnt figure out how. I used all the different ways it gives them to you but none worked.
I would love some help on this one.

My advice to myself: look in the mirror and tell yourself that that "cheat" is what got you here in the first place! You can make it without it!!!

You can use ADBB's ticker creation site by clicking on the link in the blue bar near the top of the page and choosing the design you want then entering your data.
You will be shown several different lines of coding - choose the BB code (starts with [img] and ends with[/img] ) then paste it into your signatureWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
