    I did it ......

    hello to all my atkins friends i finally was able to post up some pictures of my progress i'm not really sure if you guys can tell a diffrence ,i would love some of your feedback oh and than you very much ellizellen for telling how i can post up the picturesi was clueless but the directions you gave me really helped.
