So, here I am in the Great White North known as Canada....well, actually I am in Canada but on the "Wet Coast" (aka West Coast) where it starts raining in October and keeps at it until May.
I've noticed discrepancies in what Fitday often lists and what the label on the food I buy says. Example: Heavy cream (33% BF) The label says 0 carbs and 80 cals. per ounce. Fitday says .83 gms of carbs and 102.8 cals.
This is just a small one. Do most of you use the Fitday guide or do you create custom foods that go with the nutrion labels? Who is right? Is it a "country" kind of thing?
I've been making custom foods and the list is getting really long!
