I've been so stressed out by work, especially the last 2 weeks. I also sprained my foot (GREAT). I've done pretty well sticking to this WOE and trying to get exercise. However, last night I crashed and cheated at dinner. I know that it was total stress eating. Now I feel horrible.

for about an hour,or like one of our atkins friend just mentioned i'll go window shopping!
