    OK, that's it! You've made me hungry for spaghetti squash! I haven't had any since I started back on Atkins but it's going on my shopping list right now.

      Spaghetti Squash has replaced pasta for everyone in my house.
      I cut it in half crosswise and then in half again, so I have four quarters ( it is much easier to cut crosswise than lengthwise when it is raw) place it face down on a pan in the oven at about 375 for 30 -45 minutes - the shell should be tender. Scrape out the strings and mix with butter, salt and pepper and feta. Put it back in the oven for a few minutes to warm the cheese. Some spaghetti squash have more water in them than others, which is why I don't like to cook them in the microwave.
