  • champagne???

    good morning to all my atkins peoplei know that you guys have most likely read threads like this one before!but i wanted to know if a glass of champangne is o'k while i'm on extended induction,you see i am going to be the matron of honor in my niece's wedding this saturday and i have to make a toast to my niece and her husband to be and it will be really nice to be able to drink some champangne along with everyone elsei would really appreciate any comments ! Should I or Should'nt I????

    No normally you shouldn't have alcohol in extended induction, not until you are in OWL at the alcohol rung. That's the by the book answer

    However, my personal answer? It's your neices wedding, and a very special day for both you are her, I personally would have the champagne toast....

      And for a toast you can always take one 'token' sip of the champagne then return to your glass of sparkling water!

        I would say one glass...but not more...but yes, not suppose to have on induction or till stage 6 or something...(5?)....
        Start: 156 lbs.
        Goal: 130 (wedding weight)
        5'4 ---36 yrs.
        EXTENDED Induction

        IVF weight gain....

        Mini goals:
        150 lbs.=
        145 lbs.=
        140 lbs.=
        135 lbs.=
        130 lbs.=
