Hi all! I was doing so great on my vacation until the last 2 days. I didn't binge or anything. I just ate way more carbs than I have in a long while. The wedding supper turned out to be pasta and pizza. I had two slices of pizza and ate the chicken out of the alfredo. I had a tiny sliver of wedding cake afterward. I did avoid all alcohol. the next day I vowed to turn it around and did great until dinner... we went to redlobster and I was good and ordered the all you can eat shrimp. I had scampi and grilled shrimp and two side salads-asked for that instead of the rice-and just a bit of the breaded shrimp. I did eat two of those delish cheese biscuits though. I wanted to make a clean breast of it so I can be held accountable! We are back home now and I just picked up some spinach and chicken at the store. I guess you all know what I'm having for dinner tonight! I will say though that I gained three pounds after eating carbs for two days. I will have to get in a few extra workouts in the next few days to help get back on track. thanks for letting me confess, I feel so much better!!

well do not feel bad momma ruthie,i think that almost everyone here in the forum has fell off the wagon once or twice ,but hey the important thing here is that your already on the right track eating your vegees and your protien!so good luck and just hop right back on the wagon
