hey guys,
just wondering if it would be considered too much to have half a bbq roasted chicken for lunch? and thats it, no sald or anything, jst chicken!
reason why i dont have any side with it, is because i already eat alot of veggies in the morning, and get alittle bit more for dinner, so i try to lower to my carb consumption but not having veggies or salads for lunch!!
