    try making this crust....make sure it is spread thin thin thin or it will taste weird... makes like 1 small personal pizza

    1/4 cup almond flour
    1 egg with a little bit of the white and yolk taken out
    1 tsp oil
    oregeno to taste
    italian/pizza type seasonings
    pinch of salt

    mix and spread thin on a pizza pan and bake at 350 until crust starts to get browner...then top with tomato sauce or pizza sauce and all of your meats and veggies and cheese and bake some more until cheese melts. If the crust is too thick it will taste weird but the thin crust tastes great. Make sure you add enough italian pizza type seasonings to your tomato sauce and your crust!









    Don't give up, not for one minute, one hour, one day...no matter what!

      Okay, I"m convinced! Where do I find the recipe for cauliflower pizza??? I can't wait!

        mm pizza.. lol

        before atkins i would use a low cal/low carb tortilla but i found this:

          Talk about having pizza,my husband and I took the kids to Chuck e Cheese on sunday and all of them enjoyed a large pepperoni pizza. Boy did I ever want a slice but I stuck to my guns and had a salad. It didn't look as good but I made it thru that, sometimes I wonder how I do it. I just want to feel like me again healthy and beautiful. But now I know that there's a recipe out there for pizza that I'm definetly gonna try it
