    Um, I would check pages 306-308 in your DANDR. It gives all the supplements and solutions for things.

      This is a new study. Only a few years old. It has worked for me and I am trying to pass over what i went through and what i done about it. My cravings almost stoped when I started on chromium. Its up to you if you want to try it or not.

        I have an off day once a month like sugerfreesheila and get right back in the sadle the next morning. I have to be honest though... while the food tastes great and it's so nice just grabbing whatever that day... by the end of the day, I feel sluggish and tired and I can REALLY tell that body is having a hard time adjusting to the carb filled day...so in that sense, it's not always that great. I usually see a slight 1-2 lbs jump in the scale but for me, it's usually gone in a day or two so I haven't been sweatin it. It's not something I would push on anyone else because I know that it is not part of the Atkins plan but since you asked, I thought I'd share.
