  • SOOO Happy!

Its been a week since starting over again and I have to admit that I did have several weak ice cream moments. I have gotten back to taking my full range of vitamins and I have to say, since the addition of vit D-3 the urge to boredom eat and nap have gone away. It really does seem to make a difference ! Best of all I've dropped 4 pounds this week with out really trying !!! Today feels like Christmas because there is enough money in the budget to start the ole gym membership back up for the family. I'm sooo happy!!!!

            Re: SOOO Happy!

Normally I'm married to the elliptical machine, the one where your arms have to pump and pull too.I use to do and hour on those per night and them go swim in the pool for 1/2 hour and end it with a sit in the hot tub.Three days a week there is an attempt to do the rotation of machines in the weight room. I haven't been brave enough to sign up for any group exercise classes yet.Last spring I dropped 40 pounds ,but it came back on when I had to drop my membership. Hate being low income! But that aside every thing is looking bright,I can't wait to go shopping for new cloths, last night I treated myself to new tennis shoes.
