    I signed up on FitDay, seems like a great tool! I read somewhere on here and now I cannot find it, about adding the fiber option so it tracks your fiber. Then I have to subtract the fiber from my daily carb total? Is that correct? Thank goodness I found that b/c I was flipping out a bit with a high carb number.

    Also I cannot change my 'mood'. Today it's fine because I do feel as 'ho-hum' as the default smiley looks.

    To make fitday display fiber you need to set a nutritional goal by choosing any random number for fiber. To do this select the 'foods' tab and click on 'set a nutrition goal' under the 'More info' section. Choose Fiber from the dropdown menu and 'set a nutrition goal' then save the changes.

    To change your mood smiley I assume you need to change something in the 'Moods' section by selecting the 'moods' tab and choosing an option matching your mood.
