I signed up on FitDay, seems like a great tool! I read somewhere on here and now I cannot find it, about adding the fiber option so it tracks your fiber. Then I have to subtract the fiber from my daily carb total? Is that correct? Thank goodness I found that b/c I was flipping out a bit with a high carb number.
Also I cannot change my 'mood'. Today it's fine because I do feel as 'ho-hum' as the default smiley looks.
