So i have been losing weight ever so slowly but my inches are not going away anymore! i have plenty of inches to lose in my arms and my hips but it isn't going anywhere! Do you think that it could be water weight? I HAVE NOT been doing well with water. maybe 3 full glasses a day (i know i need to drink 3 times that but i got sidetracked with that)...maybe it is cause i am not eating enough veggies? I am doing good other than that...fats and protiens where they should be...probably could eat more veggies cause i have been slacking on that too. I am thinking it is cause of the water weight though...any thoughts??? my husband is coming home from deployment next week and i wanted to have those extra inches off by then...i know i can lose water weight in that time frame if that it what it is...
