    carb blocker pills?

    i was just on lowcarb.com and went to atkins and carb blocker pills came up?? i didnt no they had them i googled reviews and mostly people cheat on the low carb diet and it maintains there weight instead of losing it WHICH I DONT WANT TO DO (whats the point on being on a low carb diet then and breaking addictions) but does anyone take these and not cheat?? maybe you lose weight even more??? OK thanks have a good one

      I think you will find you can lose weight following Atkins just fine without them. Carb blockers simply aren't necessary.

        I always like to think that if there was a "magic" pill to make us all thin, then wouldn't we all be skinny? I would say that they aren't necessary and are probably not too healthy either.

          I've taken these while staying on plan (years ago). It didn't help me lose faster. Then again, I feel like it's pretty hard to lose weight faster (actual weight, not water) than with Atkins and following it the way that it is written.

            My hubby bought some to "cheat with". I won't touch 'em myself, because that's not the point, is it?
