Do you know how many grams of fat you are consuming per day??
I have been unsucessful with Atkins in the past so this time around I am going to take a slightly different path....20 grams of carbs per day was impossible for me for various reasons but have lost weight in the past by upping my carbs to 40gms per day (still a huge cut from my normal non-atkins daily intake) and taking note of my fat intake as well.
I like tracking my Carbs/Fat/Protein per day with a calorie counter website I use and would like to find out how much fat you guys eat per day??
I really have no idea what is excessive on Atkins and what's the norm.
Can anyone help???
