  • starting again

    hello Everyone,

I haven't done Atkins for a long time and i'm starting again today. I have the week off work and i'm going to try to do this 100%. I always find diets trigger my bulimia and i've been binging really bad the last few months but i'm trying to think of this as eating healthy and healing myself for the new year. I can't have another year of this i need to get myself into a good eating plan and start losing the weight. I've stocked up on veggies and meat/fish and got rid of all the food i can't eat. I really hope i can do it this time.

    Hi Mandy
    Welcome back!

It sounds as if you have prepared well for induction well done!

Take it one meal at a time and before long I am sure you will be back into the swing of it!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

It sounds like you have some issues internally with eating. I would advise, along with following this new WOE, that you also see a psychologist/psychiatrist for your buliema issues (if you aren't already). Good luck. =)
