Hi Everybody,
I am starting the induction phase of Atkins in January, after my c-section on December 22. I am trying to get everything prepared now, but I am having a problem. When I look at sample menu recipies everything is in huge portions, but it doesn't have a breakdown of how much I should eat at a sitting. For example, I went to atkinscenter.com and previewed the sample menu, and one of the breakfast recipes called for 8 eggs. I am pretty sure I am not suppose to eat all those eggs at once, if fact I could not eat 8 eggs at once, but there is no breakdown of how much to eat, or what to do with the rest, because there is a new recipe for the second day. I am a bit confused. I know the the Dr. Atkins book the sample was 2 scrambled eggs and 2 turkey sausages, which I can do. Does this make sense to anyone or am I just stuck in pregnancy brain fog?? Thanks for all the help and suggestions, anything and everything is welcome. Hope you all are doing well and having a great Veteran's Day.
