I woke up this morning feeling rather negative. I am only on day 3 or 4 of the induction. Still trying to figure everything out so I can do it properly. I will probably be on extended induction until I have a clean induction and do everything "right". I just feel like I am doing it wrong. I also worry that in attempting to figure it out, I'll gain weight (even w/o consciously eating carbs).
I really do not want eggs for breakfast every morning. It feels it's more expensive to be eating as much meat as I am.
Even feeling negative - I woke up, and ate like I "should". I've eaten about 6.1 carbs. I went ahead and made a pumpkin pie (low carb) cheesecake and I swore to myself I would not eat it as fast as last time so that my husband cannot even have a slice.
I've made a promise to myself that I would only eat 1 slice a day. (I really need to learn to savor food... and not wolf it down).
Anyway - thanks for listening to my "induction" whining. If you've BTDT, I would appreciate any advice/insight/experience story you have.
