I was cooking some bacon this morning and got to thinking how nice it is that there are so many good smelling things on Atkins. Like bacon. And like last night's roast beef, which smelled so good in the oven with the garlic seasoning. (Yes, I still have to take the long way around the bakery shop. But you can't have everything.)
Another of life's little pleasures that I've only recently discovered is checking into this ADBB site, logging on to my profile, and deleting a couple of pounds from the "current" weight. Sort of makes the scale reading Official. If I see it on the website, it must have really happened! Not quite as good as getting into the next-size-down trousers, but an enjoyable second place.
