  • Sunflower oil

    Hi everyone,

I think I know the answer to this question but I can't remember for certain and I need your help. I gave my Atkins book to my brother (as he's on Atkins now too and doing fabulous!!!) and I don't know where to look for this answer.

We're allowed to use sunflower oil to cook with right, even in induction because it's a oil...it's not like eating sunflower seeds which would be on another rung...correct?

    Just making sure.

    Thank you!
    Sarina

    Re: Sunflower oil

Any oil is okay to use, with the exception of hydrogenated oils like margarine or shortening.
